5. Shipping and Handling. QueenyJewelry.com will use express mail shipping (signature required method) for all packages. You will be notified a tracking number in your confirmation email. QueenyJewelry.com is not responsible for any damages or errors occurred by the carrier.
6. Price and Ordering. All prices shown on the QueenyJewelry.com website are quoted in United States Dollars. In addition to the price for goods and services, QueenyJewelry.com will add charges for shipping and handling and sales tax (where required by law) to all orders. 8. Product Descriptions.
   a) QueenyJewelry.com warrants that all of the karat descriptions are accurate and there is a stamp of 10kt or 14kt on every jewelry item.
   
   b) QueenyJewelry.com warrants that all of the stone (Diamonds, Gemstones, ect..) descriptions are accurate and they are guaranteed by its direct suppliers.
   
   c) QueenyJewelry.com makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on its web site as accurately as possible. QueenyJewelry.com cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any product color, texture or detail will be accurate. In addition, QueenyJewelry.com makes every effort to ensure that all products are described as accurately as possible. While QueenyJewelry.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate or error free. In the event that an item is deemed to be described incorrectly, QueenyJewelry.com reserves the right to refuse sale of that item. If a product offered by QueenyJewelry.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in original condition.
9. Interference. Hacking and Other Malfeasance. You agree that you will take no action of any kind to interfere or “hack” the QueenyJewelry.com website including, without limitation, introducing viruses onto the system and running software routines to impose large loads on our servers and other infrastructure.
10. Payment Methods. For your convenience QueenyJewelry.com offers the following Payment methods.
    PayPal – Accepts all major credit cards. (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex)
    Money Order – When QueenyJewelry.com receives a money order, expect a delay of 5 to 7 days to prevent fraud. After the money order is cleared the item will be shipped to its customer. If QueenyJewelry.com didn’t receive the money order in 15 days from its purchase date, the order will be cancelled.
    Cashier’s Check – When QueenyJewelry.com receives a cashier’s check, expect a delay of 5 to 7 days to prevent fraud. After the check is cleared the item will be shipped to its customer. If QueenyJewelry.com didn’t receive the check in 15 days from its purchase date, the order will be cancelled.
11. Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between QueenyJewelry.com and the users.
12. Applicable Law. This agreement shall be governed by California State Law without regard to its conflicts or choice of law provisions. The courts of general jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, California shall be the appropriate forum and venue for any such action.
