How will my item be shipped?

QueenyJewelry.com will use express mail shipping (signature required method) for all packages will be through USPS, FedEx or UPS.  You will be notified a tracking number in your confirmation email.

How do I know when my order will arrive?
When you place an order with QueenyJewelry.com, the product normally delivers within 3 to 5 business days. In order to view your shipment status you will be notified a tracking number in your confirmation email, simply visit the carrier’s website enter your tracking number and view the status of your shipment.

Can I have an item shipped to another address?
You may have your order shipped to an alternative address. During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to create alternative shipping locations, such as "home," "work," "Parents," etc.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: for shipping, we advise our customers to choose a location, where someone will be physically available to sign for it upon receiving their shipment.

Why didn't my whole order arrive at the same time?
If an order contains multiple items, they will be shipped individually and sometimes at different times. You will receive an email notification for each item number as it ships. Click here to view our Terms and Conditions.

Part of my order is missing. What should I do?
We apologize for the difficulty you have encountered with your order. Our Customer Experience Service Team will be happy to help you resolve this situation. For your convenience, contact the carrier’s claiming department to resolve the situation. I received my package, but it has been damaged by the carrier. What should I do?
QueenyJewelry.com is not responsible for any damages or errors occurred by the carrier. We advise our clients to inspect the shipped package for any damages before signing for it. If the package has been damaged, tampered or opened, do not sign for it. Immediately contact the carrier’s claiming department to resolve the situation.
