CONDITION OF RETURN
1. Jewelry item must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION.
2. Any additional items such as jewelry box, certificate, giveaways and etc. Must be returned with the jewelry item.
3. ORIGINAL CONDITION means for a jewelry item to be in its prime condition. (No dents or scratches on the jewelry item)
4. Any items that have been sized, altered by any jeweler are non-returnable.
HOW TO SUPERVISE YOUR RETURN
1. Do not lose your return form label included with your invoice.
2. Please return only one (1) order per package.
3. Fill out both online return form and the return form label included with your statement.
4. Package the jewelry item securely and well.
5. Use the return label that is included with your statement for returning the jewelry item. In case you have lost your label, please use the following address to ship the jewelry item to. Hill St. Suite 647, Los Angeles CA 90014) IMPORTANT NOTICE: IT IS SUGGESTED BY CARRIER COMPANIES TO WRITE "RETURN SERVICES" AS THE RECIEPIENT NAME ON YOUR SHIPMENT AND NOT TO USE THE WORD "JEWELRY" TO PREVENT ANY PROBLEMS OR LOSS.
6. It is REQUIRED for you to choose a SIGNATURE REQUIRED MAILING METHOD to send the jewelry item.
7. Insure your shipment and keep your receipt until your return transaction is completed.
