- Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise within 30 days upon receiving your item(s).

- All return items must be "as shipped" condition when returned.
- All return items must be shipped within 30 days upon recieving the package.
- All returns must have the "Return Form" completed (see below) and the original invoice.
- Before returning, Please email us at returns@Queenyjewelry.com after completing your Return Form to inform us of your request to return merchandise.
- All returned merchandise received outside the 30 day period, if accepted, will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Items that have been scratched, dented, altered, or sized are non-refundable.
- All return merchandise is your responsibility to prepay and insure, we do not reimburse or refund and shipping charges.
- Any damaged merchandise will be assessed by our representatives upon receiving and will be credited by verbal agreement, followed by a written agreement.
- Your damaged jewelry has a value, we will try our best to repair it, and if it cannot be repaired, it can be replaced with minimum charges or credited with maximum value.
